18. Trstenjak's march

We invite you to the traditional march in memory of the professor, theologian, psychologist, academician and honorary citizen Dr. Anton Trstenjak. The march will take place on Saturday, January 11, 2025.

Description of the hike:
- at 9 am, gathering of hikers in front of the monument to Dr. Anton Trstenjak, at the church of St. Peter in Gornja Radgona,
- at 9:15 a.m. departure to the birthplace in Rodmošci,
- the equipment should be suitable for walking in winter conditions,
- the length of the hike to Rodmošce and back is 15 km, the hike is expected to last 4 to 5 hours,
- a mountain snack and hot drinks will be provided on the way,
- hikers from Negova will gather at 10 am at the Dr. Anton Trstenjak Elementary School in Negova.

The hike is organized by: Gornja Radgona Mountaineering Association, Majolka Mountaineering Association, Dr. Anton Trstenjak Elementary School in Negova, and the Negova-Spodnji Ivanjci Tourist Association. The hike is sponsored by the Dr. Anton Trstenjak Foundation.
